Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check the presence of waiter / waitress.
- Check the list of orders.
- Check inventory and condiment.
- Check the cleanliness of the entire floor area.
- Standard check the quality of food, drinks, and service or service waiter / waitress.
- Create reports cashier.
- Lead the team briefing.
- Handle coaching or training waiter / waitress
- Providing employee assessment report to the manager.
- Ensuring general cleaning every month.
- Leads to peace and harmony among the team.
- Handle customer complaints
- Coordination with the manager of daily operations, cases, ideas, suggestions, programs, and evaluation.
- Create a schedule slot waiter / waitress every month.
Persyaratan
- Hardworker
- Minimum education (Senior High School )
- Good Looking
- Maximum Age 25 Years Old
- Preferably staff (non management & non supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or Equivalent
- Multi tasking
- Fulltime position(s) available. Not part time job.
